Please tell us a little about yourself and what drew you to virtual training/coaching.
I had been a member of a gym in Neenah for several years. When Covid hit and everything shut down, I knew I would be in trouble if I didn’t keep working out. We went virtual & I thought I would give it a try. At first I just worked out with Morgan, but then they switched to a specific trainer for virtual workouts, Jessica. It was just so convenient to work out in my home especially in the winter months. I slowly added weights, bands etc. I have what I need to get a good workout.
What do you do when you're not virtually training with Begin Within?
When not working out I love to bike, go for walks, garden and read. I start my days with 3-4 trivia/word games to keep my mind active too. I am an active volunteer with Victim Crisis Response Team.
Tell us about your time with us, your goals, and results you have experienced so far.
I’ve been working out for 20+ years. I’m just happy that staying active has kept me pretty healthy. I am 69 and I feel great. I was even able to continue working out through having breast cancer last year. I will keep working out for as long as I can.
As an added bonus my son and husband work out with me as well.
